Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the day before appointment you will still be charged 50% of treatment amount, this needs to be paid before you can reschedule. If you already paid when booking online then you do not need to pay the 50%. If you cancel or don’t turn up on the day of appointment you will be charged full amount of treatment booked, this needs to be paid before you can reschedule.
